One-time purchases of Flaregale digital files. No subscription or physical shipment.

Supplier and scope

Aday González Rodríguez, trading as Flaregale, supplies the products. These terms cover Wedding Day Workbook at weddings.flaregale.com, Room by Room Reset at home.flaregale.com and Photo Field Cards at photo.flaregale.com. The product page and checkout identify the purchased edition, included files, language, formats and compatibility requirements. Read them before ordering. Only expressly included items form part of your purchase; no coaching, video lessons, future editions or ongoing service is included unless stated.

Price and payment

Payment is processed through Impul Pay, powered by Whop. Flaregale remains the product supplier and handles product support and refund requests. Whop's Buyer Terms explain its payment services.

The checkout displays your final total and currency before you confirm payment. Product pricing is configured to include applicable transaction taxes; Whop handles collection and remittance under the tax service used for these checkouts. This does not mean every purchase has the same tax rate or that a tax exemption applies. No physical shipping charge applies. Your bank or card issuer may impose its own currency-conversion charges.

Available countries, currency and payment methods are those offered by the checkout for your order. A product marketed in the UK or US is not, by that fact alone, restricted to purchases from that country.

Delivery and access

After payment is successfully confirmed, access instructions are provided through the order/delivery flow using the email address entered at checkout. Check that address and your spam folder. If instructions are missing, a link does not work or a file cannot be opened in a supported format, contact support@flaregale.com with your order reference and purchase email.

Your purchased edition will remain available to download for at least 90 calendar days from purchase. Save your files during that period. If access fails within that minimum period, contact us to restore access to the purchased edition. This is a minimum availability commitment, not a promise that access ends on day 90 or that online hosting, updates or support continue forever. You may continue using your saved edition under the licence below.

Personal-use licence

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or household use of the purchased edition. You may save personal backup copies and print pages for that use. Wedding Day Workbook may be used by you and your partner to plan your own wedding, not to plan weddings for clients.

No resale, redistribution, public uploading, sublicensing or repackaging of the files or their contents is permitted. You retain your rights in your own photographs, notes and information entered while using the files.

Full refund within 14 days, including after download

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, including after downloading, without giving a reason. Email support@flaregale.com with your order reference and purchase email. If you cannot locate the reference, provide enough information to identify the order; do not send full card details.

We will arrange the full refund through the payment provider to the original payment method without undue delay. We do not deduct our own processing fees from the refund offered here. The time it takes your bank to show the credit depends on the payment method and financial institution; any mandatory reimbursement deadline still applies.

This voluntary policy is additional to your mandatory consumer rights. It does not limit remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content, or statutory cancellation rights. Requests outside the voluntary window remain eligible for any remedy required by applicable law.

Digital delivery and statutory rights

Downloading or requesting immediate delivery does not remove Flaregale's full 14-day refund policy. We do not treat visiting this page, accepting general terms or completing payment as proof of any separate acknowledgement required by law for immediate digital supply. Any legally required request or acknowledgement for that supply must be handled separately in the order flow. Your rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content remain unaffected.

If you exercise a statutory cancellation right, send a clear statement of your decision to support@flaregale.com or the supplier address above. No particular form is required. You may use this optional wording: “I give notice that I cancel my purchase. Product and order reference: …; ordered on: …; buyer name and contact: …; date: …”. Supply only what is needed to locate the order.

Support, complaints and applicable rights

Support covers access and the purchased files and supplied formats. No fixed response time, individual coaching, review of your work or unlimited assistance is included. Send a complaint to support@flaregale.com or the supplier address above. A problem accessing your files does not remove your refund policy or legal remedies.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or your access to competent authorities or courts. Keep the terms and confirmation supplied for your order. A later website revision does not retrospectively change that purchase.
